The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will answer.
Your dashboard names one thing worth doing next, chosen from the phase of your build you told us about during onboarding. Start there.
If that does not suit you, start anywhere. Nothing is locked and nothing has to be done in order.
No. The order is a suggestion based on when most people need each module, not a sequence you have to work through in turn. Everything you paid for is open from your first login.
A running measure of how much of the work that actually protects a build you have done: tools completed, decisions recorded, checks made at the right moment. It runs from 12 to 100.
It starts at 12 because placing yourself on the map is itself the first piece of that work. It is a measure of preparation, not a grade.
Guidance timed to the phase of your build: what is worth checking this month, what tends to go wrong next. They are advisory. Ignoring them never closes anything off.
Save our number in your contacts so they do not land in an unknown-number folder.
Reading progress and tool state are saved on the device you used, and synced to your account when you are online. If something looks out of date, open the app once with a good connection.
If it is still wrong, write to us with what you expected to see.
One purchase, lifetime access. There is no renewal and no expiry.
Yes. Sign in with the same email and your progress follows you.
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. The terms you agreed to at checkout set out how that works, and they are on the About and legal page.
Everything in your tier, plus two companions that depend on your answers: the Vastu Companion and the guide to building from abroad.
Both are controlled from your dashboard, under "What your library shows". Change either at any time. Nothing you have read is lost.
No, and it is not meant to. Build Informed helps you ask better questions and recognise when an answer does not add up. Your architect, engineer and contractor do the work only they can do.
That is what a consultation is for: two sessions and a tangible output for your own site and your own drawings.
Write to us and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. That is usually enough for us to fix it.
